- Balsamic glazed chicken with herbed goat cheese
Pan seared balsamic chicken breast topped with herbed goat cheese, artichokes, basil and sundried tomato in a Chardonnay Beurre Blanc sauce. Served with toasted peppercorn mashed potatoes and garlic green beans.
- Grilled whole grain mustard orange salmon
Grilled salmon with a pommery mustard and orange marmalade glaze topped with chive butter, garlic sautéed baby Bok Choy. Served with scallion scented jasmine rice and grilled ciabatta batard.
- Philly pepperjack cheese burger
Thinly sliced beef sirloin on a fresh ground Angus burger topped with pepperjack cheese, roasted peppers and onions. Served with garlic tater tots.
- Gourmet Mac and Cheese
Triple cheese macaroni topped with your choice of grilled chicken, shrimp, smoked pit ham, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, dried chilies, diced tomatoes, truffle oil and bacon crumbles.
